Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Document interactions accurately in our ticketing system and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in B2C or B2B environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with professional phone demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Authorized to work in the United States
