Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution.
- Assist customers with product information, account issues, and order tracking.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our internal database.
- Resolve complaints and escalations while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
