Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve product/service issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system and maintain detailed case notes
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and first-contact resolution

Qualifications
