Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and product knowledge databases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and first-call resolution
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer loyalty
- Participate in quarterly training sessions to refine product knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with Midwestern dialect fluency
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proven problem-solving skills with conflict resolution expertise
