Responsibilities
- Handle 50-75 daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and process orders using Salesforce CRM
- Document interactions accurately in compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Participate in weekly training and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain 99.5% attendance and punctuality standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote/hybrid environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation for occasional on-site meetings
