Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and product-related issues efficiently using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and FCR targets
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell company services
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in remote or contact center environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with clear articulation
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced situations
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional on-site events)
