Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and payment adjustments accurately
- Document all interactions in CRM system with precision and detail
- Collaborate with technical team to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for resolution time and first-contact resolution
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
