- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth strategies
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
