Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims using Salesforce CRM
- Document interactions in our ticketing system with precision
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed KPIs for first-contact resolution and handle time
- Participate in weekly product training sessions
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed home internet (20+ Mbps) and quiet workspace
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
