- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accurate case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Meet daily performance metrics including call volume and resolution time
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer retention
- Participate in ongoing training for product and service updates
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office space
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Type 45+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Nebraska residency required for local support coverage
