Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic and efficient customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex inquiries using CRM systems and internal knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated customer issues
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong emotional intelligence
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and escalate appropriately
- High-speed home internet connection and quiet dedicated workspace
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site team events
