Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve technical issues and product questions using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues when needed
- Meet key performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution targets
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong time management skills with ability to work independently
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
