Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service complaints using CRM tools
- Document interactions and update customer records in Salesforce
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution time
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Quiet home office space with reliable internet (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and basic computer proficiency
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
