Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a remote or hybrid environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication skills with a clear, professional tone
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- Self-motivated with proven time management skills
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
- Residency in Minneapolis, MN or Ohio required
