- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining HIPAA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases and improve processes
- Meet KPIs for first-contact resolution, average handle time, and quality assurance scores
- Participate in continuous training to master new products and service protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience with remote work proficiency
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- High-speed home internet and quiet, professional workspace
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
