Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and service disruptions using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining HIPAA compliance standards
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets
- Contribute to process improvements through customer feedback analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional communication skills with clear articulation in English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
- Home office setup with reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
- Associate degree or equivalent vocational certification preferred
