Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and product-related issues
- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex escalations
- Participate in quarterly training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
