Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and speed
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Contribute to process improvements through customer feedback analysis
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills and active listening
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital workspaces
- Florida residency preferred for local client alignment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
