Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 90%+ satisfaction rates
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account issues using proprietary CRM tools
- Document interactions in Salesforce while maintaining 99.5% data accuracy
- Collaborate with Tier-2 support for escalated cases with 24-hour SLA
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Participate in weekly training on new products/processes
- Maintain 35+ calls/day with under 2-minute average handle time
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B/B2C customer service experience with remote work proficiency
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zendesk, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal/written communication with neutral accent
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues via remote desktop tools
- High-speed internet connection (50+ Mbps) and dedicated workspace
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation for occasional on-site meetings
- Experience with CRM analytics and KPI reporting
