Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining 100% compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT) through active listening and problem-solving
- Participate in continuous training to master products and service standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/inbound environments
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience highly valued)
