- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats professionally and efficiently to resolve issues and answer questions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot problems, escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- CRM Management: Log all interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Customer Satisfaction: Strive for 100% customer satisfaction scores and positive feedback.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is a plus but not mandatory for high achievers.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient with computers and navigating web browsers.
- Internet: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
