- Utilize Salesforce and Zendesk to document interactions and track resolutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium service packages
- Maintain detailed CRM records with 100% accuracy
- Participate in weekly training to master new product features
- Meet/exceed monthly performance KPIs (e.g., 30+ calls/day, <2 min handle time)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in remote/virtual settings
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish
- High-speed home internet (50+ Mbps) and quiet workspace
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Proven track record in conflict resolution and de-escalation
