Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Process orders, returns, and shipping exceptions using Salesforce
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Document interactions and update CRM records accurately
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference product knowledge
- Maintain 30+ calls/chat sessions daily while meeting SLAs
- Participate in weekly team training and feedback sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid roles
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- High-speed internet and dedicated home office space
- Valid Texas work authorization and background clearance
- Spanish fluency a plus but not required
