Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all interactions and account information in our CRM database.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while managing high call volumes.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Must have a dedicated workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
