- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs and feedback.

- Adhere to strict company policies and service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain operational excellence.
- Provide product training and guidance to customers to ensure they maximize the value of our services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
