Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on empathy and efficiency.

- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency across all support channels.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or support roles.
