- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve product and service issues by clarifying the customer's request and troubleshooting the problem.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Process returns, exchanges, and service requests efficiently.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment is highly desirable.
- Must possess a stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 40+ WPM and navigate computer software with ease.
- Reliable computer with a headset and webcam.
