Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable high-speed internet.
