Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on local market needs.
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues with patience and efficiency to ensure a high first-contact resolution rate.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) to update customer records, document interactions, and track service tickets accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support) to improve service processes and product offerings based on customer feedback.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented demeanor in every interaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products based on customer profiles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or technical support roles.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, noise-free home office space.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to different audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily productivity targets.
