Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly tone.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and account changes within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
