Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately enter customer data into our CRM systems and internal databases.
- Provide product information and explain services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and resolve any lingering concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
