Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and product support requests
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Meet performance metrics including CSAT scores, resolution rates, and AHT targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and soft-skills training
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
