Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support to customers in Dallas metro area and Illinois, resolving technical inquiries and product concerns
- Document all interactions using CRM systems while maintaining 95%+ customer satisfaction ratings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Maintain deep product knowledge across service offerings to deliver accurate information
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics including response time (under 60s) and resolution rate
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring customer pain points
- Adhere to company policies and security protocols for all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience with live chat support background
- Exceptional written communication skills with 60+ WPM typing accuracy
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Proficiency in CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer-first mindset
- Available to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8am-8pm CST)
- Must be physically located in Texas or Illinois
