Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the creation of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent architectures.
- System Optimization: Design and implement high-performance ML pipelines ensuring low latency and high accuracy in production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex research findings into deployable software solutions.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research roles.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and vector databases.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
