Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines for the 2026 release cycle.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum computing interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, security, and energy efficiency.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the AI department.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure high delivery quality.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains competitive.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
