Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives through the year 2026, aligning engineering goals with business strategy.
- System Architecture: Design resilient, scalable, and secure distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput AI workloads.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI models to ensure optimal performance and latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices in AI engineering.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Future-Proofing: Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to prepare the infrastructure for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 3+ years in AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of microservices, Kubernetes, and distributed database systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading technical roadmaps and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
