Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable deep learning architectures for next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput using quantization and pruning techniques.
- Lead the implementation of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into consumer hardware.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
- Research novel approaches in neural-symbolic integration and causal reasoning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++ for high-performance computing.
- Strong understanding of distributed training systems and GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- Experience with transformer architectures and large-scale model training.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
