Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead GenAI Strategy: Define the roadmap for Large Language Model integration and fine-tuning across our product suite.
- Drive R&D: Experiment with cutting-edge research papers (transformers, diffusion models) and prototype production-ready solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, conducting code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray, or Spark).
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of deploying ML models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
