Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance for the future.
- Pioneer Advanced Models: Design and deploy proprietary large-scale language models and generative AI systems.
- Architecture Design: Create robust, secure, and efficient cloud-native architecture for high-volume data processing.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
- R&D Integration: Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (Quantum AI, Edge Computing) into our core stack by 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in a senior AI/ML architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and successfully delivering them.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from concept to deployment.
