Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of next-generation neural network architectures designed for the 2026 market landscape.
- Lead the strategic roadmap for integrating Quantum AI with classical machine learning models.
- Define technical standards and best practices for scalable, ethical AI deployment across global infrastructure.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex research concepts into robust, production-ready software.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and research papers to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Deep understanding of Deep Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Experience with edge computing and optimizing models for latency-constrained environments.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex architectural transitions.
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
