Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic technical planning for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging technology trends.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines.
- Lead & Mentor: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior engineers and architects while fostering innovation.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of LLMs and neural networks for efficiency, reducing latency and cost while maximizing accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and best practices for responsible AI usage, ensuring fairness, transparency, and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks; experience with vector databases and RAG architectures.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of deploying AI workloads on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges.
- Innovation: A forward-thinking mindset with a portfolio of projects demonstrating experience in emerging technologies.
