Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the architectural vision for our next-generation AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refine model latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency to meet production-grade standards.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all architectures adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art models (e.g., GPT-4, Llama, custom transformers) in production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex architectural challenges and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
