Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal trends
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Develop predictive models using machine learning to forecast market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable tech and human-centric innovation
- Advocate for ethical frameworks in autonomous systems and neural interface development
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness maturity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or Big Tech innovation labs
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech convergence patterns (quantum-AI-biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or sustainable development
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., APF, CPSM)
