Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for AI systems, ensuring long-term scalability and innovation aligned with industry trends.
- Design Scalable Infrastructure: Architect robust, fault-tolerant cloud-native systems that handle massive data loads and real-time processing.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Guide the selection and implementation of cutting-edge AI frameworks, including LLMs, generative AI, and predictive analytics.
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior architects and senior developers.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously improve model inference speeds and reduce latency to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement governance frameworks to ensure AI outputs are fair, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining product roadmaps and translating business requirements into technical architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer is a plus.
