Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems for Project 2026, focusing on next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Lead the research and development of novel machine learning algorithms, driving innovation from concept to production.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to integrate advanced AI solutions into our core platform.
- Oversee model training, validation, and deployment pipelines, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Mentor and guide a team of talented data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing models for edge deployment and real-time inference environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, and architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong experience with MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
