Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core infrastructure for the proprietary 2026 Neural Stack, focusing on transformer optimization and multi-modal integration.
- System Design: Lead the design of high-throughput, low-latency inference pipelines capable of handling millions of concurrent requests.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously optimize model weights and system architecture to improve inference accuracy and reduce computational costs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management and security teams to integrate the 2026 Framework into consumer-facing applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML system architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and the 2026 Stack ecosystem. Proven experience deploying models at scale using Kubernetes and AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering challenges in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
