Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Strategy, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Technology.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure AI architectures for cloud-native environments.
- Lead the technical migration of legacy systems to meet next-generation performance standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, system reliability, and AI model governance.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and mentor junior architects and engineers.
- Stay ahead of the curve on industry standards relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Expert knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of deep learning, NLP, and large language model (LLM) integration.
- Familiarity with future-tech stacks and quantum computing concepts is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
