Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures that anticipate future market needs.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, LLMs, Edge AI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex algorithms into production-ready software.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies for experimental technologies to guide long-term product strategy.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
