Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive market shifts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for product development teams
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis methodology and strategic storytelling
- Monitor emerging regulations and ethical frameworks affecting future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in quantitative trend analysis using tools like Palantir or Tableau
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on emerging technologies
- Strong background in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
