Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for our 2026 AI infrastructure roadmap, ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Lead the design and deployment of scalable data pipelines and machine learning serving infrastructure.
- Optimize cloud resources (AWS/GCP) to reduce latency and improve cost-efficiency for AI workloads.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with data science teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready systems.
- Implement robust security and compliance frameworks for sensitive AI data.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead infrastructure or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and experience with high-performance computing systems.
- Strong proficiency in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
- Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant, distributed systems handling massive data throughput.
- Experience with MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX) and cloud-native AI services.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
